Welcome students to your online blog. Here we can discuss your art and review artwork. This will be part of your grade and I believe will be a great resource for you and me. Since the majorities of colleges post this way in classes I want you to get a feel for this type of format. As you complete your work you can have me take a digital or you can take one yourself and post here for comments. When you do post a piece of artwork remember to write an artist statement about your work. I will post examples of artist statements in the next few weeks.
Look forward to you posting summer work soon,
Ms.C
*note* This is an educational blog and all comments, pictures and post will be monitored by the teacher. Any thing that is not suitable for everyone to read or view will be removed.

ah, well just let me know what you can, how is the drawing going? Do you have some pieces completed? What are you drawing mostly and how are you approaching your drawing.

I think it's great your getting so much work done. You know that will help you once we are back in the classroom.
i am also working on a huge canvas. it is of the effiel tower and vience. i was wondering if i might could use it as part of my portfolio or if it would be to big. i think it is about the size of the one isabel did.
You can use that large piece in your portfolio, we just can't send it in, we can only take a photo of it to submit. I can't wait to see it.
i dont think that i will have it finished by school starts back but i will bring and finish it at school. it can be my first project.
